In an effort to maintain the high level of service, amenities, cleanliness, and historical significance of our small hotel against environmental challenges and the ever-changing economic landscape, there is a $7.50 per day Historic Property Maintenance Fee. This fee covers amenities that many small hotels are otherwise unable to provide, including: pool, Wi-Fi, parking, extensive landscaping over multiple acres, stringent historical maintenance requirements, and a curated experience throughout the entirety of the hotel & grounds.
